Buck Hill Music Festival is Back

Classic opera, smooth cabaret, lively chamber music. The Buck Hill-Skytop Music Festival is back, following rave reviews from its inaugural season. Come join classical enthusiasts alike at Skytop Lodge June 22-30 for this premier annual event.

The weekend begins in the enchanting Evergreen Ballroom with the “Taste of the Festival” opening night gala. Then, enjoy a special brunch concert on July 22 featuring the Festival Chamber Ensemble followed that evening by dinner and swinging sections by the award-winning Marquee Five band. Other presentations range from a Jewel Box performance of “Carmen,” featuring opera’s most famous ‘femme fatale’ Audrey Babcock and accompanying dancers from New York City Ballet and Broadway, to a cabaret segment performed by MAC and award-winning artists Julie Reyburn and Mark Janas, to a workshop on the benefits of dance. The weekend concludes with a “Toast of the Festival” closing night gala on the breathtaking South Porch.
